Commissioned by Alotech Facility Management Services, the objective is to ensure long-term durability, efficient drainage, and a smooth finish for both pedestrian and vehicular use.

Scope of Work:

• Site clearing and grading
• Subgrade preparation and compaction
• Granular sub-base (GSB) and wet mix macadam (WMM) layers
• Bituminous layer (BM & BC) laying with mechanical paver
• Construction of side drains and shoulders
